These LED downlights do not need a recessed housing and can be used in a 6" housing or a 4" J-Box. The 4" style of box may be in the form of a 4" pancake box, a 4" non-metallic or 4/0 box. The slim profile, 1.5", allows for installation in tight places that others may not adapt to. A low glare, uniform light distribution is created by a combination of the polystyrene diffuser and highly reflective cover. They offer an excellent CRI rating of 93, a great R9 rating of more than 50, and a 100° beam angle with an output of 841 lumens. A wet rated 65 watt equivalent luminary with power consumption rated at 14.8 watts, these 3000K lights are dimmable to 10%. The lifetime rating of these luminaries is 54,000 hours and they carry a 5 year warranty. |
