Shipping Policy

All orders over $199.00 ship free. Most orders received before 5:00 PM (MST) will ship the same or next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders requiring expedited service must be received, processed, and have the payment verified by 5 PM MST to be shipped the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.


We no longer ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

U.S. Expedited Shipment Options

We offer additional options for expedited shipments for US customers:
Standard Overnight: Delivered next business day to most US cities.
Two Day: Delivered in 2 business days to most US cities.
Three Day: Delivery the third business day to the Continental US only.

We cannot guarantee when an order with standard ground shipping chosen as the shipping method will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you Polar-Ray.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion and/or consider express shipping methods in order to avoid delays caused shipping and/or product availability.

Delivery times vary geography. Delivery usually takes from 1-5 business days. For average delivery days in transit for Ground shipments within the Continental US see image below.
